I need hair style pics!!?

I want a medium length cut, just above the shouldrers or shrter, whatever but in that length area. I kinda want a choppy layery look like Haley Williams form Paramore or something olong those lines. pics and links would be great. i 'm getting it cut in about 2-3 weeks. Thanks!!
