What style of wedding ring set should I buy?

Ok I am stuck. My fiancee is a drop dead beautiful Filipina, with medium brown skin and very long waving black hair. We are geting married in May. My dilema is what style of wedding set should I purchase for the wedding itself. I have seen all kinds of diamond cuts, white and yellow gold, but I can not settle on any one thing. Any suggestions?
