I need some haircut advice!?

I閳ユ獡 17 and Ive had my haircut the same for about 4 years now, long with layers, but going back to school my last year of high school, I really want a new style, and really want it to be WAY different

Im wanting to get a kind of wavy shag that stops above my shoulders

I just want it too be pretty manageable

Its a really laid back style that I love and I'm tired of dealing with my long hair閳ヮ毌t閳ユ獨 not the most 閳ユirly閳?hairstyle in the world, but I think it has a cute tomboy, messy-pretty, rock and roll style to it

Do you think this hairstyle would work with my face shape/features? Or does it only look good on this actress? I have brown wavy hair that閳ユ獨 thick with about medium volume naturally

If you think it won閳ユ獩 work, do you have any other ideas of one's that would and that will be a lot different than what I have now?

Any help, would be a HUGE help, I don閳ユ獩 want to end up getting a bold haircut, only to not like the way it looks on me.

Even though it is a cute hairstyle this one would however not be the one you would want. It is too choppy and uneven for your face. I think length wise it is a good choice. But, look through some short to medium hairstyle books and choose something a little more smoother looking and or less time consuming. Believe it or not that is a hairstyle that requires a little extra time.. I would also take into consideration that your face is a rounded shape and that hairstyle would only accentuate the rounded angles of your face.. choose something more softer that will soften your face.. try a shorter hair do and work in some nice waves by braiding your hair when its wet very softly

Maybe you should style it a less dramatic/80s sense. the style is almost unisex. but this is my opinion. i know what you mean though, in EXACTLY position. 17 etc. etc. but I like the hair cut none the less it's sheek. But I really can't say if it will look good or not, i kinda don't think it will, but then again I have no taste.

for this hair cut you need sharp cheek bones ( you kinda don't have them acording to your picture) so if i were you i would go with a more medium type of lenth like this...

You have beautiful hair right now. I am not just saying that. You are very fortunate. You also have wonderful features to go along with it. The haircut that you showed looks good on the model, but I'm not sure if it would look as good on you. I would aim for something not so drastic, but perhaps a shorter look that frames your face and is not shorter than the top of your shoulder and long layers.
