I really need hair styling help!?

I have layered medium length hair. I love how it looks when it is straightened but i can never keep it that way. It is really starting to bug me how i am always straightening it and it never stays that way once i leave school. So i want to find another way to do my hair but i dont know what would work. I have alot of layers and some are really short. If you go to these links its me...i hope they work. and the pic might be a lil small...

Alright... You have beautiful hair!! It totally defines your personality and gives your face a great shape. It just seems like you are dealing with a little bit of a curl, and/or frizz. I have a huge frizz problem. It all depends upon what type of strightener you are using for your hair. I would highly recommend using a CHI if you have the money for it, go get it! Don't worry about ever buying another one again, and you will have stright smooth silky hair in no time! I use mine every day, and it is sooo nice. I'm not trying to sell this to you, but my hair stays stright all day, with no frizz and I only strighten it in the morning. And for the product, I would definately go with Jlife Dead Calm Strightening Shampoo and Conditioner. It smells great, and works great! (link in sources). A tip - When strightening your hair, go slow... it helps the hair stay strighter.

But I had the same problem and my mom bought a straightner from the brand "hot tools" those work really well, you have to go to a beauty suply store to get them and they're like 50 bucks, but they're so worth it, my hair stays straight all day even in a humid school!
